  3. Every app on .verulla.app gets HTTPS forced, with no config.
  4. Subdomain apps get sandboxed reputation, so one bad tenant can't poison the rest.

These rules are published in the contract today. Enforcement ships with billing. Item 3 is live (C14). Items 1, 2 and 4 are not.
